His unique journey from a young preacher to a leading voice in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) has shaped him into a dynamic leader ready to inspire change.

Mr. Stephen Williamston, Jr. is the Founder of Global P3, LLC, an organizational consulting group. P3 brings transformative and meaningful change in the world of work. We envision workplaces where individuals can fully harness their abilities to understand and find meaning in their environment through purposeful, reflective, and creative actions. 

 

As an organizational psychology expert, Stephen creates and drives people centric strategies organization’s through psychologically grounded and spiritually informed approaches to change behaviors  and systems to create sustainable change. Commencing his professional career at the age of 12 as a non-denominational minister, Mr. Williamston is a pioneer. He has facilitated change in startups to Fortune 50 organizations to the United States Armed Forces in the areas of public speaking, global culture, DE&I, Talent Acquisition, and leadership development across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East.

Mr. Williamston earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with University Honors from Hampton University, a Master of Science in International Business from Hult International Business School- Dubai and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in General Psychology. As a doctoral student, Mr. Williamston’s research interests include workplace identity, professional self-sacrifice, and organizational culture. His long-term professional goals include continuing to expand the impact of psychological studies in the workplace to create more inclusive and equitable environments that foster purpose driven work.

 

Stephen envisions a world where psychological principles and spiritual insights intersect to create spaces that empower every individual. His work emphasizes the importance of connection, purpose, and authenticity in achieving personal and organizational growth. Through his speaking engagements, workshops, and community initiatives, he inspires others to embrace their unique journeys and strive for positive change

More About Stephen's Life

Early Spiritual Foundation

2006 (Age 10): Stephen experienced a profound encounter with the "Holy Spirit," marking the beginning of his spiritual journey.

2008 (Age 12): Delivered his first sermon at the River of Life Worship Center in Youngsville, NC.

2009 (Age 13): Expanded his ministry with his first out-of-state preaching engagement in DeQuincy, LA.

Ministry Growth and Leadership

2010 (Age 14): Left the River of Life Worship Center due to family struggles, including his father’s alcoholism. Joined his grandparents’ church and was baptized in the United Church of Christ but was not recognized as a minister due to age.

2011 (Age 15): Began formal ministerial training under Bishop Dr. Joe L. Stevenson and was featured as “The Preaching Prodigy” in local media.

2012 (Age 16): Officially licensed as a non-denominational minister, solidifying his role in the spiritual community.

2013 (Age 17): Led the historic "Unity Weekend" prayer walk with local officials at Wake Forest High School, a first in Wake County Public Schools.

2014 (Age 18): Matriculated to Hampton University to study Business Administration. There, he became President of the Interfaith Collegiate Fellowship under President Barack Obama’s Interfaith Initiative, mentored by Rev. Dr. Debra Haggins.

Global Expansion and Educational Milestones

2016 (Age 20): Took on the role of Co-Youth and Young Adult Minister at First Baptist Church of Hampton.

2017 (Age 21): Delivered his first international preaching engagement for the United States Army in Seoul, South Korea.

2018: Graduated from Hampton University and enrolled at Hult International Business School, studying in Dubai and London.

2019 (Age 22): Founded P3 as a public speaking club at Hult, under the mentorship of Nasif Kayed.

2020 (Age 23): Earned his master’s in International Business, delivered his first university lecture at Hampton University, and received legislative recognition from the Hartford County Council for his contributions to the community.

Leadership, Entreprenuership and Personal Growth

2021 (Age 25): Joined Korn Ferry as a global organizational consultant, came out as queer, and transitioned from formal ministry.

2022 (Age 26): Became the inaugural head of DEI for Stanley Black & Decker, playing a key role in launching a $4.2 billion business.

2023 (Age 27): Advanced to Global Head of DE&I for a marketing firm, founded Global P3, LLC, and co-founded Kaleidolight Consulting Group.

2024 (Age 28): United his consulting and spiritual outreach by establishing Global P3, LLC & P3 Affirming Ministries.
